Could you add a feature that lets you view your desktop and interact with the windows and apps open in it?

Regarding viewing the desktop, All in One includes two apps for that: "VNC App" and "App Screen."

VNC APP is for viewing and interacting with a remote desktop, another computer on your network. It works with the same computer with two monitors, but in that case, the interaction isn't good because the simulator captures the mouse. A known limitation of VNC is hardware acceleration. You must disable it if you want to see the desktop. VNC is designed to view and click on the Chrome browser, but you must first disable hardware acceleration of the browser.

If you want to use All in One like as your second monitor, I recommend the Screen App, located in the bottom row of icons. Configure the settings for your second monitor and you'll see it in All-in-One mode.

I dont see any documentation for the Screen App...

Screen app is a capture tool, without mouse interaction. This application is very intuitive, you can try it with coordinates; just choose the X, Y frame and size you want to capture from your monitors. We don't have a dedicated web page for this app (Screen App) yet, as it's very simple: you just need to assign the coordinates to view the screen. Screen App is for viewing any area of your monitors, either partially or in full screen.

Here's how to capture your screen, for example, to capture the first FullHD monitor:
Pos init X: 0 (initial X coordinate of the first monitor)
Pos init Y: 0 (initial Y coordinate of the first monitor)
Width px: 1920 (final X coordinate of the first monitor)
Height px: 1080 (final Y coordinate of the first monitor)
Output X: 800 (output width resolution on the tablet)
Output Y: 600 (output height resolution on the tablet)

If you wanted to capture the second monitor, assuming the resolution is FullHD on both:
Pos init X: 1921 (initial X coordinate of the first monitor)
Pos init Y: 0 (initial Y coordinate of the first monitor)
Width px: 1920 (final X coordinate of the first monitor)
Height px: 1080 (final Y coordinate of the first monitor) monitor)
Output X: 800 (tablet's output width resolution)
Output Y: 600 (tablet's output height resolution)

If your monitors are 4K, then you just need to change 1920x1080 to your monitor's resolution. It's quite intuitive. If you have 2 monitors, the first one 3840x2160 pixels and the second one of 1920x1080, for example, and you want to see the second monitor fully:

Pos init X: 3841
Pos init Y: 0
Width px: 1920
Height px: 1080

Output are for supersampling or undersamplig. If you write:

Output width px: 1920
Output height px: 1080

It will be the real resolution, without any sampling. The rest of parameters are obvious, play with them to look for the best performance.

Is it possible to connect to YouTube?

Yes, you can use Screen App to watch your second monitor with Youtube. You can use VNC App to watch any different computer in your network.

Browser App is not compatible with complex webs, like Youtube.

I'm having an issue with the tablet size in VR. Everytime I leave and return to VR the tablet doesnt remember its size and is huge, I have to drag the corner in to resise it every time. Is there a way I can get it to remember the correct size?

You can resize the tablet by grabbing the edge with the mouse and resizing the window just like any other window. If you prefer, you can display the actual addon window by clicking on the camera. This way, the real frame of the window will be shown. If you want to resize the window (height and width) and keep it at that new size for future sessions, you need to adjust the size in 2D mode before entering VR. Then, when you enter VR, the window will be proportionally adjusted based on the 2D settings. The changes have to be made in 2D mode because Asobo doesn't finish processing VR changes. This behavior is typical of Flight Simulator, Asobo wrote about this; all VR add-ons work the same way.

To enlarge the window in VR and bring it closer to your view, you do it the same way as with any other Flight Simulator plugin or any in-game panel. You need to left-click on the window’s header, which is like the title bar of a normal window. While holding the window with the mouse, move your head closer and then release the mouse button. You'll see that the window stays at the distance you moved it to. You can repeat this process as many times as you want to adjust the window’s distance to your head.

If you want to move it farther away, simply click and hold the mouse button on the window’s header, move your head back while still holding the button, and then release it. The window will move farther away.

I cannot move the tablet if I had it open in the flight simulator. It is fixed on the center om my screen.

Click over the camera to show the real borders of the window. Resize it and move it and then click again to hide the borders. You can move it without borders if you click over the tablet in the same place that the windows header. Go to this page for more details.

Please can you advise how to use Portrait mode? I only have options for landscape.

About portrait mode, click over the arrows in circle near wifi and power icons of the tablet.

Is there a possibility to add a dark mode for night flights? When I am using it, it‘s always bright.

You can use the wheel mouse over the sun icon (upper toolbar icon, near wifi icon) to increase/reduce bright of the screen.

Another issue I cant find answers for is that if you select the slim border version, how do you then select the menu to go back to the home page?

Any All in One themes work the same way. If you click over the camera All in One displays the edges of the actual add-on window, and if you click the menu button  All in One return to the menu with all apps icons; this is explained on the website.

If you have thin bezels and have chosen a Samsung tablet or AirPad, the camera is located in the center of the top edge, and the menu button is located in an upper corner. Look for a button. This depends on the tablet model you've chosen.

Kodi app is absolutely terrible.

It all depends on the Kodi add-on you've selected. It's your decision; you have hundreds to choose from. You can find good Kodi add-ons, but remember that we only programmed the add-on viewer; we don't create Kodi add-ons.

All in One with KODI App doesn't support video, only music. It's a limitation from ASOBO/Microsoft with the Coherent Engine of the simulator.

I'm unable to join your discord, I have a discord account but your channel says I can only use my phone number once for security and prevent me getting the one time access code?

Regarding Discord, you need a phone-verified account to access our Discord server. If it's not working on your phone, uninstall the app from your computer, clean your cache and cookies of your browser, and complete the entire process from your computer. It should work. If it still doesn't, you'll need to contact Discord. The system we use for Discord is theirs; we have no control over it.

I installed the latest version of the all-in-one available on the website, which should be compatible with MSFS 2024. However, the web server shows Apache as offline even when I try to start it, and this puts the tablet offline. Could you help me? What am I doing wrong? I installed it using the installer in the MSFS 2024 community folder; it appears in the taskbar, but only shows as offline.

Your desktop is possible that is shared with OneDrive. Move webserver_v4 folder to Community folder too. Run Webserver from there. It needs write/execute permissions. Go to this page for more details.

LittleNavmap App is experiencing significant delays. The zoom function and map panning are particularly problematic. For example, panning takes several seconds. I hope you have a solution for me.

You have to select any of our themes. Go to LittleNavmap web server settings and choose the folder of any of our styles.

Follow our webpage and read it: FlightSimulator.me - LITTLE NAVMAP

You don't have to maintain the default theme of webserver of Little Navmap. I recommend you the theme: web_littlenavmap

Could you please tell me the folder for the PDF files? Where do I need to copy them?

PDF Viewer need a folder to read files. Copy your PDF files here:

webserver_v4\root\files

If you have webserver_v4 folder in your desktop:

C:\Users\[your username]\Desktop\webserver_v4\root\files

I purchased the app, got a paymernt confirmation, but cannot log in becase i have not gotten an email to verify my account.

You should have automatically received a verification email. The first thing you need to do is click on that email to activate your account. Once activated, you'll be able to log in. You can't log in before verifying your account with the email that was automatically sent to you. Check your inbox and SPAM folders in case it's there. If you can't find it, please contact with us.

Don't worry because in any case we can activate your account manually.

I was thinking perhaps my flight simulator.me account password is too long 20 character and it cause problem inside the tablet login page?

All in One tablet login screen ask you for: Username and email, ONLY. You don't need your password. Go to this page for more details.
